Resident parking
Unit parking is restricted to your single-car garage and driveway. If you need another space, limited reserved parking may be available for a monthly rental through the management office. Availability is not guaranteed.
Welcoming overnight visitors
Visitor spaces are for visitors only. Visitors may park without a permit except between 2 am and 7 am. For an overnight visit, the unit owner must obtain a visitor parking pass from the property manager in advance and the visitor must display it in the windshield.
The published visitor parking pass is valid for 72 hours. Vehicles without a valid pass after 2 am may be ticketed by the security company.
Keep fire routes clear
All roads within YCC8 are designated fire routes. Parking is prohibited. Vehicles parked on fire routes may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
Reserved parking
- Reserved spaces are for the assigned renters. Unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
- Arrange rentals with the management office. Payment is due on the first of the month.
- Rentals are by calendar month, with no refund for early termination.
- Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list may be maintained when spaces are unavailable.
- You may request a space at any time, but the monthly fee applies.
