YCC8 Condo Parking

Unit parking is restricted to your single car garage and driveway parking.  Should a unit owner require another parking space, limited reserve parking may be available on a monthly rental basis through the Management Office.  Parking spots are limited, with no guarantee of availability.

Visitor parking areas are for visitors only.  Overnight guests are required to obtain a parking authorization number which can be obtained by calling Parking Enforcement (number provided in your parking package) prior to 2am. Have your Lot, Card and Pin number ready when calling or using the online option. Visitor Parking Authorization cannot be obtained from the Property Manager. Any cars found in the visitor’s parking after 2am will be ticketed by the Security Company unless authorized.

Parking Regulations:

• Parking on fire routes: all roads within YCC8 property are designated fire routes and parking is prohibited.  Anyone found parking on fire routes will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
• Visitors may park in the visitor’s parking spots throughout the property without permits, except between the hours of 2am and 7am.
• For visitor’s staying overnight the owner must obtain in advance a parking authorization permit. Visitor parking authorization is valid from 2am to 7am.

 Reserved Parking:

• No one shall park in the Reserved Parking Lots.  These are rental parking spaces and any unauthorized vehicles parked in these spaces will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
• Rental Parking must be arranged with the Management Office and paid for on the 1st of the month.  Rental parking is per calendar month only and no refund will be given for early termination.

Rental parking spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis for a monthly fee.  A waiting list may be maintained if parking spaces are not currently available.  Contact the Management Office for details.
